Defective

Defective products may be returned and exchanged for a new product. If you have received a defective product, please contact us as soon as you are aware of the problem and your product will be replaced at no charge in a timely manner.

General Returns (non-defective)

Non-defective returns are accepted and refunded (less shipping) if unopened and in original condition. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us before retuning a product. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and you will be instructed in how to proceed. Qualifying returns will be issued a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
