This is easily the best christian movie i have ever seen. To Save a Life spoke to me on so many diffrent levels. I found myself the next morning driving around my city with a broken heart for all of the lost and hurting people who I pass by every day. As a youth pastor i am constanly in contact with teenages just like Jake. struggling to make the choice do i give it all, or go back to the way i used to be. I loved how the movie portrayed Jake pursueing real lasting change. Many times when tragidy happens, because of guilt we find ourselves trying to help out. But in the movie Jake was not just doing this to try and help. He was looking for a new purpose in his life. I felt like the movie did a great job of showing both the struggles and incredible joy we can have by makeing Gods purpose our purpose (Posted on 8/18/10)

To Save A Life is the best Christian movie I've seen to date. I felt that the characters were believable and that very sensitive issues were dealt with in a way that I thought was sensitive but real. This may be a bit gritty for some christian viewers (there are a few swear words, sex, and revealing clothing). These aspects of the film were what made it so strong, the sin side of the film was believable, and the results of sin were shown for what they are. I'd recommend To Save A Life to youth workers and young adults, but also to parents. (Posted on 8/4/10)

I have not been more moved by a DVD than this one. It has been such a long time where a movie has made me stop and think and really speak to me and my faith. This DVD may seem geared towards high school or college age kids, but we can all learn from it.

I saw this movie in the theatre when it first came out and I was touched and moved!!!! I amazed how it touched on so many topics that effect so many yet it was not overkill, but that is how life is! It was well done and well acted!!! I think that it could be watched with supervision for preteens and that teens and adults should watch it. I am a single mom of 5 children ranging in ages from 18 to 3 and I plan on watching it with some of my kids adn talking to them about issues like suicide, the internet, failing a friend, following a crowd instead of the right thing, teen pregnancy, standing by a friend, reaching out to those who are different, loving all as Christ loves us, and how even those that seem to have it all together still struggle!!! All of these issues are in here and in here well!!! What a BEAUTIFUL compassionate movie!!!! I suggest it to anyone!!!! (Posted on 7/16/10)
